Neonathon – Monday May 6th, 2013

 

Well, I’ve decided that the best thing to do is run the Neonathon Marathon on my 30th birthday, making the date Monday May 6th (it’s a bank holiday).  Here’s the revised training program, which will take me up to the marathon – now 9 weeks away.
